Great performance -- after a long wait
Once Weird Al Yankovic and his band finally took the stage, they were wonderful. I could not understand anything that the opening artist sang; the acoustics in Sleep Train Arena were terrible as always. The delay was inexcusable, given that there were no major set changes. Despite these negatives, Weird Al and his group put on a great performance. The dancing of Weird Al and the brass section of his band was very impressive, besides the great music. Weird Al, who makes the women go crazy, puts on a tremendous show. Still, I can't wait for the new downtown arena and dramatically improved acoustics. The light show accompanying the music was well done, too. There was almost an hour wait after the opening act finished until Weird Al began his performance.
